Extruded plastics are similar to extruded metals, however, the difference, as the name implies, is in the material used. Unlike metal extrusion, extruded plastic can be manufactured, easily and in high volumes, since the manufacturing process is continuous.

A: We are a professional manufacturer with more than 10 years’ experience in plastic extrusion profile.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: For making a new mould/tool it takes about 5 to 15 days. For mass production it takes about 7 to 15 days.
Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q: What is your monthly production capacity?
A: 1.1 million pieces/sets per month
